A milestone along this path was the development of the first semi-continuous system TF3000 in 1971, followed by the introduction of the first fully continuous system TF4000 in 1972. Thanks to these solutions for industrial food processing, FESSMANN has established itself as an innovation leader in the industry at an early stage.
This status was clearly confirmed in 1982 due to the next innovation by FESSMANN: the first RATIO smoke generator. Until today, our engineers continue to constantly improve this system and expand the RATIO-family by the development of new applications. The latest chapter of this successful story was the presentation of our RATIO-HYBRID on IFFA 2016. Its revolutionary concept enables the combination of smoldering and steam smoke, to provide the treated products an unrivalled variety of colors and flavors.
